So like the retail stores, Regal Cinemas wanted to get things looking bright and festive for their busy season. One of the problems with sidewalk pressure washing in Colorado winters is dealing with the cold temperatures. Many stores need to have their sidewalks, entrances, and trash enclosures cleaned before they open for business in the morning. But if the temperatures are too cold, you can create a skating rink. And pressure washing with hot water isn't always the answer. There are variables that can affect this, like whether it was sunny and warm the day before.
Anyone that's used a commercial grade power washing machine knows it can do some serious damage if not used properly. They can chew up brick, asphalt, even concrete! You have to know how to use the equipment the right way or you'll tear the surface up instead of cleaning it. Any power washing company worth hiring knows it takes a thorough understanding of the equipment, the surfaces - and the materials to clean them - to do the job right. So don't be fooled by a power washing company that brags only about the power of their equipment.
2. Commercial Insurance - You never know when an accident might happen - that's why they're called accidents! Make sure the company you hire carries all three commercial insurance coverages. 4. Water Recovery - You can't just let all the contaminated water run down the storm drain. EPA fines can be pretty steep - civil penalties of the Clean Water Act can get as high as $10,000 per day with criminal penalties up to $25,000 per day! But not all jobs need water recovery. If they don't know the regulations and have the required permits and equipment, they're putting themselves - and you - at risk.
We have reviews shown below from Angie's List, Yelp, Thumbtack, and letters from our clients. There's even one below (from Pam & Curt Schock) that shows how we handle things when we screw up! WOW power washed the exteriors and sidewalks of our office building and did everything as requested. Joel was professional, timely and did a thorough walk-through/estimate for us prior to scheduling. I would hire WOW again. I wanted to let you know that I heard from one of my Board Members and he was Very Happy with the cleaning you did at the property.
Wash On Wheels is a professional pressure washing company with many years experience in cleaning things no other company can. We've been in business since 1985 and have an A+ rating with Gold Star Awards from the Denver/Boulder BBB. We have the SBE (Small Business Enterprise) designation from RTD. We're on top of Colorado's new pressure washing law, written after the EPA's Clean Water Action Plan went into affect in February 2010. And we work with the appropriate inspectors. We have permits from every agency we can find.
In response to the Stay-At-Home order issued by the Tri-County Area Health Department this morning to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus, we are suspending service to clients that don't fall into the "essential services" exempted by the order and temporarily closing our office starting tomorrow, March 26th, through Friday, April 17th.
