Kirby Maid Services

Due to many last minute canceled appointments Kirby Maid Services will now be charging a $20 cancellation fee. There will be a $99 fee for early termination for cleaning packages if services are cancelled. A client have 24 hours to cancel their appointment once it's made it must be confirmed by phone or by email, during business hours once cancelled a fee will be assessed. Every time a client calls a few hours before their appointment or just turns us away not only does the business lose revenue but our cleaners lose hours they count on.
