It was supposed to snow and a lot of businesses were closed. Our heater wasn't working properly. Even though they were closed, an employee was able to make it in and call a technician who lived very close. He came in and was able to fix our unit. This was the first time we used them. Bill was our technician. He was great! He got the job done rather quickly and was super nice.
