We hired JANCO in 2010. Within just a few weeks of training the complaint level was reduced to less than 1% of that of the previous janitorial company. JANCO has continued to impressed us with their dedication to training and attention to detail by all staff members. JANCO met with me to determine my needs, offered solutions and even talked to the tenants to find out what their biggest complaints were. Tenant complaints are now next to "ZERO".
