We fix sliding glass doors and pocket doors all throughout the Simi Valley area. Anther door company gave me the number for this company because they do not stock replacement parts for sliding glass doors. I spoke to Tracy and after some picture sending she said yes.they have them. I drove over and they have it, brand new even though the door is 35 years old. This saved me time and who knows what else because the handle was very hard to find. I needed a "hard to find" part for my screen door, after spending copious amounts of time on line with the traditional retail stores getting no where, I decided to look local and found this company, and at 6:45 on a Saturday afternoon they answered the phone and had the part which I picked up the next morning!
