I called and had to leave a message which was returned by Jen. My appointment was scheduled to fix the top oven in my gas range. I was given a time for him to arrive and 14 minutes prior to his arrival I received a text saying he was enroute! He got right to work and figured out a part needed to be replaced. He had the part in his service vehicle and was able to repair my oven that day! I was very impressed with everything about the service call. I highly recommend Jamerson appliance for all of you appliance repairs! Thanks Thomas and Jen!

My call was returned within an hour and the gentleman was exceptionally friendly, honest, and helpful over the phone. He listened attentively to my problem, determined the refrigerator repair was a simple fix, and guided me through the steps to reset the control board. All was done without cost and with the assurance that we should know within a few hours if it was repaired. Needless to say, the refrigerator is working and we are relieved! Jameson Appliance is definitely our go to people whenever we need help!!! Thank you!
