Hello, my name is Ryan, and I am the owner of Capitol City Carpet Cleaning. I've spent a lot of time researching the industry, getting caught up on technological changes, and conducting detailed marketing analysis. In the end, what I found was that my initial observations and instincts were correct. There are a tremendous number of unethical, poorly trained, "bait and switch" scam artists within the industry that claim to be professionals. They advertise low room prices to "bait" you, and once they're in your house they push you to spend a ridiculous amount of money, also known as the "switch".
