I was having a terrible time finding just the right carpet to replace our 30+ year old carpet. I wanted a similar color and quality, as the carpet that was put in by the builder years ago was perfect and went with all kinds of decor. I almost passed by Tim Hogan's but decided to take a chance, and I'm so glad I did. Tony Brennan came to my rescue! I told him what I was looking for, and he immediately guided me to beautiful Karastan carpet that could not have fit the bill any better. After bringing home the sample and confirming my choice, I made arrangements for the new carpet to be installed. We actually chose to do it in two separate phases for convenience's sake, and they had no problem with that. 2/3 of the house was recarpeted September 9th, and the crew was fantastic! They were on time, never even took a break, were courteous and respectful of our furniture and home, and did an amazing job with the installation and clean up afterward. We're looking forward to phase 2 and having this crew again. I would purchase from Tim Hogan's again in a heartbeat.

I am thrilled with the entire process. Selected the hardwood we wanted that matched some we purchased for the dining room a few years back. About three days later the team showed up and pulled up (and hauled away) the old carpet and put down the new hardwood floor...all that same day (including moving furniture out and putting it back).
To top it off, came in at a price well below what we expected. Thank you folks for a great experience.

Can't say enough fantastic things about this place. From the professional sales representative Tammie who went above and beyond every step of the way, to the professional installation of the porcelain wood look tile from Puccini.
