Hilary is a certified leather expert by the IICRC, trained to care and restore leather furniture. Hilary also possesses certification from the Etiquette and Leadership Institute, an affiliate program of The Protocol School of Washington. This combined experience helps Hilary train AAA staff to adhere to the highest standards of professional protocol.

Mark translates his prior talents to AAA Carpet and Upholstery by drawing on his 35 year career in the pressure sensitive printing and converting industry. Mark worked for the national leader in printing manufacturing and held various senior management positions in technology, production, sales and administration. Mark is on-site each day coordinating products and services for clients' specific needs to assure that each job is completed according to the highest quality control standards. Mark was an avid soccer player, remains a passionate sports fan, enjoys cooking, walks with Hilary along with their family dog, and loves devoted time with his sons.
