This locally owned and operated, family-run business been proudly serving Belleville and the St. Louis Metro East area for over 30 years. Complete Cleaning Service (CCS) is owned by a father and son team who were both born and raised in Belleville, Illinois. As far back as the 1960's, Bob Foster worked for his father in the cleaning business. Today, Bob is partnered with his own son, Matt, to continue the family tradition. They are able to leverage over a half a century of hands-on experience in the janitorial industry.
