Greendale has been delivering construction services to customers in the Education sector for nearly 30 years. We understand the sensitive nature of working around students, staff and visitors and we tailor our services to minimise the impact of construction activity on the learning environment. Education makes up a large percentage of our project base and previous projects have led us to Primary Schools, Nurseries, plus everything up to and including Higher Education level. We work closely with Local Authorities, Governing bodies, Private Estate Directors and Staff to deliver learning facilities that meet and exceed the needs of local communities in Dorset and Hampshire.

Private Client (Residential) work inspires our site teams and brings out the best in trade and management skills to create exceptional solutions. We are often appointed to build one-off bespoke homes in picturesque and sometimes challenging terrains. Our teams revel in a challenge to meet and exceed client expectations. Our private clients trust us with a wide variety of interesting and exciting projects, ranging in value from 100k to in excess of 4 million. We are competitive, creative and accomplished - whether we are constructing new properties from architect designs, sympathetically converting barns into habitable homes or building extensions on to existing properties.

Greendale offer a full in-house electrical division. Our approved and fully qualified electricians deliver a full installation and rewiring service for private and commercial clients. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation of fire alarms, security and emergency lighting and data cabling. In addition, we undertake PAT testing, general electrical inspection and testing. In 2018 we were NICEIC accredited to 18th edition. Greendale Electrical cover the same area as the rest of our services.

Our dedicated Small Works division run and deliver projects upwards of 5,000 in value. Covering all sectors, the team have the flexibility to tackle these small to medium sized construction projects quickly and to a high level of quality. We currently deliver recurring construction services to large local organisations across Dorset and Hampshire, providing a consistent point of contact and continuity of service that is valued highly by our clients.
