We used Kresge for the remodel of our kitchen which included the removal of two walls and replacement of flooring throughout the first floor of our house. We enjoyed working with Mark and his team throughout the entire process from design to project completion. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, which is why we highly recommend them to our family, neighbors and friends in Columbus. Our project manager Kevin was exceptional during the extensive remodel. He caught an issue with the installation of our replacement windows which was causing water damage. This was completely unrelated to his work, but he brought to our attention and helped us understand what needed to be done. Kevin kept us informed and reached out timely to communicate any concerns or to ask for our preferences. Overall Kresge Contracting can be trusted to produce quality results for home remodel projects.
We have had several top notch experiences with Kresge Contracting. From design to building to finish work, each and every person, had patience, integrity, foresight, and attention to detail. They created a new bathroom in our basement -no easy task! They have redone our kitchen, put new floors down in 2 other rooms, and redone another bathroom! I wouldn't use anyone else!
We converted a den to a laundry room/pantry, created a locker/drop area out of our old laundry, refinished kitchen cabinets and built a new island, and completely remodeled our family room with extensive mill work, including large built in bookcases and a mantel on the fireplace wall. The project began with correcting structural issues in the family room as well as water leaking in from windows above the family room ceiling. That work was done well and the room is bone dry through several driving rainstorms. The best review I can give Kresge is that they exceeded expectations. At every turn, their attention to the details of our project was impressive. Starting with the design process, Mark Kresge listened closely to what we wanted to accomplish with the project and gave us great ideas of his own that we used in our final design. Our project manager, Andy Leighninger, was excellent. He communicated well, giving detailed information about what was being done throughout the project, and, just as importantly, listened closely to what we wanted to do with the space. The results were incredible. I was at home many of the days that Kresge was working on our home, and I was consistently impressed with the quality of their work at every turn. Finally, Andy and his guys were always considerate of our family as we lived through the remodeling process, making it as easy as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend Kresge to anyone looking to remodel any space in their home.
