He "moonlighted" before deciding to open his full-service electrical business full-time. Joe Kilowatt moved to its present location at 6506 Royal in Pleasant Valley, MO in 2003. We now have 25+ full-time employees. Continuing to adapt our services to meet our customers' electrical needs is one of our top priorities.
