First we greet our customer and make sure open communication is established. We then need to explore our customer's needs at which time we will educate and answer any questions to make sure there is total transparency. Once we are in agreement it's time to execute the work. We recently did a dock job on a lake for our customer who wanted it ready before Memorial Day weekend. This customer gave us a lot of freedom to light his dock with festoon lighting in the trees on the walk out to the dock. It was over 300' to the dock and our customer was thrilled.
