We are in the middle of upgrading the parking lot lighting at several fast food restaurants in the area, changing from metal halide to LED. We have beenchanging the fixturesto energy efficient LED fixtures and cutting the energy usage to half or less of the existing fixtures. We are also bidding a project for an office park, installing LED retrofit kits in the existing parking lot fixtures. The inside of the existing fixtures will change while the outer shell stays the same. This will savethe customer 140 watts per fixture and will pay for itself in just under two years.
