Harvey Electricis a third-generation, full-service electrical contractor serving commercial and industrial clients in Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties. In 1953Harvey Scatena Sr.obtained his state contractors' license and opened the doors to what has now become a third-generation electrical contracting business. Initially the company focused on residential wiring, remodeling and new home construction. A solid business relationship was built with a number of general contractors which provided a steady flow of residential projects.
