We've just gotten approval on a set of Electrical plans in Long Beach! The existing building, has FPE Stab-Lok sub panels in the tenant's units, and we are replacing the panels with new Murray/Siemens or Square D type QO panels, to provide AFCI protection for all of the tenants.
