We went to the shop to meet with Gary after talking to him on the phone first. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were interested in (all the products and services they offer actually). He gave us his card and told us to call him if we had any questions as we stain our concrete floor and he would "walk us through it". This is a relatively small project and we can do it ourselves but after meeting with Gary and hearing about all they have to offer I would not hesitate to use Techstone for a big project!
