Chuck did an outstanding job on our first furnace inspection. He clearly explained the details of what he was testing/checking for, and made some really helpful recommendations on how I could make our heating more efficient. I couldn't be happier with Chuck and Laplante's service.

Don arrived on time. He carefully explained everything he was doing in ways I could understand and gave me some very useful tips to continue to maintain my furnace. He was very efficient and methodical, really knew what he was doing and took great pride in doing a good job and checking it all very carefully before leaving. He is a very personable, intelligent, honest, friendly and very skilled young man. This company is tops as far as I am concerned and I took several business cards from him to pass to my neighbors and friends as it is rare to find quality and competent service like this these days. I will be contacting only this company in spring when I will have him return to do some outside plumbing work that I need to have done. We even discussed how that might be done before he left.

We hired Laplante to install a boiler/heating system when the original plumber we hired walked off the job without warning. It was a difficult installation, but Chuck came in with a "we'll solve it" attitude... and did just that. We turned around and hired him to repair a second boiler, and continue to hire him to tackle plumbing issues in our apartment building. Laplante Plumbing and Heating is a keeper and they are now our go-to plumbing/HVAC contractor.
Yesterday afternoon I received a call from a very upset person whom was very angry with our company for us failing to show up for an appointment. They posted a "does not recommend" this company fb post. I was very upset as a business owner I never want to upset my customers. I owned my mistake and tried to apologize. Today while working in my office I looked at the schedule for today, and the person whom was so very upset with us, their appointment was scheduled with us for today not yesterday..
Chuck and Don were working at a clients house yesterday installing a new mini split system for them. Their little girl spent a few hours yesterday creating this . She wanted to give them some thing for there efforts. It was a very sweet gesture.
