Joe came out and was able to ascertain that we did indeed have a leak. He took the time to explain to me how he was able to come to that conclusion and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process for locating the leak and gave me an upfront, fair, set price (not hourly as the other two plumbers had). They take the time to explain everything in detail and ensure we understand and don't have any questions. The quality of service we receive from them and from Lauren are amazing!
