Since childhood, brothers Kenneth and Irwin Sher had always wanted to go into business together. In the 1970's, the two honed their skills in the refrigeration business. After many ideas were shared, the brothers decided they could do much better than what was being delivered in the market from a service standpoint. The two started by picking up additional jobs using classified ads in the Pennysaver (is that even around anymore?) so when a small refrigeration company was up for sale, they had enough capital to purchase it.

Steam and Hot water boilers, both gas and oil fired, cast iron radiators, base board heat, radiant floor heat, forced air heat, direct and indirect domestic water heaters, high efficiency boilers, snow melt systems, gas barbecues and pool heaters. We perform drain cleaning of individual plumbing fixtures and main sewers. Video inspections of problem drains are also available. For our commercial customers, we offer high pressure hydro jetting of drains and high tech microbial grease trap treatment.

Ongoing education with manufacturers partners at our in-house training facility keeps their skills sharp. We provide manufacturer warranty service for the world's leading air conditioning and heating brands such as Comfort-Air, Carrier, Trane and LG. These partners often visit our facility to train our staff so we know the equipment inside and out. Day & Nite's professional technicians are factory trained and specialize in chillers, boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units, fan coil units/unit heaters and split systems/air handling units.

We offer a variety of service / maintenance agreements customized for your specific needs. This is the most economical way to protect your equipment investments while keeping costly down time to a minimum. We offer factory and union trained technicians with the expertise to repair all types commercial cooking equipment. Our professionals are CFESA certified and receive ongoing education with popular equipment at our in house technical training kitchen. We offer manufacturer's warranty repairs to major kitchen equipment brands Frymaster, Garland, Jade and Cleveland to mention a few.
