Art really took care of me. He knew exactly what the issue was when I described it over the phone, grabbed the parts he needed, and got to me within a half hour. He was able to squeeze me in when he was already booked out, saving me from having to go the holiday weekend without ac. I was very impressed and highly recommend him.

We were calling around getting quotes for a new AC unit because someone came and told us we have to replace it and it couldn’t be fixed. Art came to give us a quote and told us we could probably fix it and get a few more years, then did the repair right then. Saved us around $4500.
He was very professional and it genuinely felt like he was giving us the best option for us instead of what was best for him. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our AC unit quit blowing and was making a humming sound from inside. Our insurance sent out a different HVAC company initially and they would not even take a look at our AC unit from the inside because they said they needed to access the rooftop to look at it and was not informed by our insurance that we live on a two story condominium and did not bring a ladder long enough to access our rooftop and we would have to re schedule with someone else lol.
Art with Ace Air Conditioning & Heating came out a few days ago. He repaired the blower from inside and did not even need to access our roof top. He was in and out in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly 👍 we will be using this company for any future HVAC issues!
