We used Lindee Construction for building an exterior elevator shaft attached to house to install a vertical platform lift to access the basement in the wheel chair. This was a very complex project as they had move a large 20 by 20 deck out of the way , dig for the ground to give room for the exterior shaft and re-configure the deck . In addition to that install hand rails for the deck , widening doors and install hardwood flooring . Many contractors where not even ready to bid for this due to its complexity . Dave and his team did an awesome job from the beginning to end in getting this done . Dave did an awesome job planning the whole project without which this would not have become this successful . End result was amazing ! The exterior shaft just looked like a part of the house which was existing before . The finishing was that perfect and the deck was even raised to floor level inside to so we no longer needed a ramp to get to the deck.

Lindee Construction completed a bathroom renovation and accessibility improvements throughout my home and did great work. They really excelled in doing the customizations I needed to make my bathroom wheelchair accessible, including a custom vanity and shower. The quality of their work was excellent and the workers were very conscientious. They made sure the construction area was spotless each day before leaving and repaired all damage that occurred (holes in drywall, scuffed paint and surfaces). Lindee communicated well throughout the process and made changes based on my needs. The renovation took longer than expected because of supply chain delays, but Lindee was usually able to complete a phase of the project within a week of receiving the supplies we were waiting on. I would definitely recommend them for customization and accessibility projects.

We used Lindee Construction Services, LLC for a project that started as an accessibility remodel and evolved into a total kitchen and living area remodel. Dave and his crew were responsive and polite and professionally guided us through the process. We are thrilled with the results that included making our home accessible for our son in his wheelchair (ramps, LVP installation, widening of door frames). We also are in love with our new living space that opened up our kitchen/living/dining area. Dave and his team produced a high quality product that is absolutely beautiful and functional!

The bathroom is beautiful and so much safer/easier to use the shower now!
