Materials are selected and decorating decisions are made at various points throughout the new home construction process. Those important decisions are typically made one at a time, but in the end they combine to become the home of your dreams. Moline Builders understands that making these important decisions can be overwhelming to some and design and decorating skills don't come naturally to everyone. To aid you and ensure that you have fond memories of your construction project you will be assisted by our full time staff Designer and Project Facilitator who will be available to help identify your preferred decorating theme and guide you through the selection of items like: brick, stone, siding, roofing, interior colors and textures, flooring, tile, countertop materials, fixtures, and etc. along with advising you on managing your construction allowances to meet your budget.

Having built our own home earlier, we possessed a certain hands-on knowledge of the construction of a new home. When we chose Jim Moline to build our home in October 2014, we faced expected natural anxieties that others consumers experience. We were and are greatly pleased. Jim's attention to the smallest detail is evident in so many ways. His subcontractors reflect the same conscientious approach. Carl Gould, as Jim's Brick Mason, is a gift to his craft; his work and expertise is is unparalleled. From Bob the Plumber through the complex and meticulous finished carpentry of Steve and Bill, and the attentive painting skills of Randy Hauser's team, each sub contractor is extremely competent and proficient. Finally Michelle Thrasher's decorative brilliance and dynamic embellishments transform Deer Valley to a special place. Oh, and of no small importance, our heating and cooling bill have never exceeded $100 per month. We won't build again but if I did, Jim Moline would be our choice!.
