I called around 9:30am for a leak in my wall. An appointment was set for same day service. Ray got here on time and did an excellent job with finding the leak and repairing it in no time. I am really disappointed in Downing. Had a gas pressure leak in gas pipe. They fixed part of it and charge you and then when they got you they find another leak and charge you. $1800 dollars later it is still not fixed. Their charging is out of sight. Still not fixed.

We had an issue starting on a Saturday and Downing was able to come early on Monday morning to diagnose and fix the issue. They were able to fix it within an hour and they did it for 500 dollars cheaper than a different company quoted us for.

Our water heater went out on a weekend. Called my usual plumber and they couldn’t get us in for 2 weeks! Just looked on Home Advisor and within 1/2 hour Downing called and came out on a Sunday with no extra weekend/holiday rate! Will definitely call them again!
