I would like to thank Andy he came out today and made a terrible experience much better. I had a Sears repair man in yesterday who was supposed to fix my fridge ice maker...when he was pulling the fridge from the wall he broke the water line water it was messy but as he said not his problem and promptly left the house. In a panic I called Rapid Service explained my issue...and kept in touch as promised in the morning. They called at 9 and Andy arrived soon after. Andy is fantastic!!!...

I am impressed with the way Rapid Service keeps you informed about when the technician will be there. Today, our technician, Andy, was working on our drain and was very professional throughout, including wearing a mask, protecting our floors and explaining the problem and remedies.
