Capello is our go to plumber now for everything. Jordan, the owner, is responsive, dependable, and accessible to speak with. His team is awesome too. Tony came to our rental house today to do multiple repairs and he is professional, nice, and did quality work.
At another property Troy did an awesome job repairing an under the cement irrigation line and then repairing the area with brick, which made it look even better than when he started.

It wasn't an emergency repair, but I couldn't shut the water off at the toilet's angle stop to enable the flushing of the slow filling valve. I could have turned the water to the house off and just replaced everything, however this company came to mind. I've used Cappello Plumbing several times before and I have been very satisfied with their work. They are responsive and clean plumbers that do great work. I would highly recommend them.

My main toilet was not draining even after using my auger in an attempt to clear it. My neighbor highly recommended Jordan Cappello Plumbing. I gave him a call and his answering service said he would call me back. This was at 4:30 and they were getting ready to close. I didn't hear back so I called the next morning. He apologized for not getting back to me and I explained my problem to him. Since his equipment was at another job site, he scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Troy and his assistant Tony showed promptly and diagnosed the problem and explained what he was going to do. He was honest and didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need. Definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family!

Plumbing problems always come at the worst times, right? Thursday evening we had our shower drain blocked up, also affecting our kitchen drain. We tried fixing it ourselves--plunger and home-use snake--but it didn't fix the clog. So 9:45 at night, I begin looking for a plumber to assist us. I was able to phone Capello Plumbing, and spoke with a real person--their answering service! I left a message with them with the details of our problem and asked that someone call or text me in the morning. Lo and behold, at 7:25 a.m., I receive a text from Jordan saying they could send someone soon. At 8 a.m., Tony was at the house. We reviewed the problem, and he gave me estimates on the possible scenarios--if the problem is fixed easily, if the problem requires a different approach, and if the problem requires special equipment. All well explained and affordable (compared to some research we did the night before). He started with the simple approach, and it worked! Tony was very professional and efficient. The service was clean, and it was quick! He unclogged the drain and everything was working nicely. He also took the time to do some further clean-out to ensure that the drain was free and clear. Tony was also friendly and personable. I would recommend Capello Plumbing--Jodan and Tony--very highly. They are accessible, communicative, professional, and reasonably-priced. You'll get that feeling of relief, like we all do, we we are stressed with plumbing problems, and someone magically takes care of it professionally, quickly, and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with the work that was preformed by Anthony and Troy. I called with a leaking pipe in our front yard, and they were able to come out the next day to fix it. They arrived on time and were able to completely fix the problem. Another company quoted me a price five times higher than theirs, and I appreciate that Cappello was able to do such quality work for a reasonable price. They definitely have a life long customer in me. I can't recommend them enough.

We've been using Jordan and his crew for a few years and always been very happy. A few months ago an aging water heater finally went and Jordan recommended going tankless. My wife wasn't sure about it but based on our history with Jordan she signed off on the purchase. Troy and his crew did a great job putting the system in (not easy given the layout of our pipes) but it didn't seem to be giving us the quick hot water we'd expected. Susan called Jordan to complain and he was over very quickly, took a look at the new system and realized one small detail hadn't been done correctly. He made the fix and now we have the system he promised and we're both delighted. Fast, clean work at a good price from a truly nice bunch of guys.

I had an issue with my Kitchen sink drain leaking again. I found this company on Yelp and the reviews looked good. I called Monday afternoon and they came out the next morning. Not only was the price fair but Troy replaced all the PVC piping under the sink in under 1 hour with no surprises and at the quoted price on the phone. Fast ,efficient and he took his shoes off at the door, had a drop cloth and everything was installed better than before. I even got a first time customer discount. I hope to not have to call them for a while but if and when I do, I know I have found my new plumber!! Very happy customer.

I called Capello Plumbing when our poorly installed front yard hose bibb cracked a pvc pipe and sprung a leak. They were the only of four local plumbers I found on yelp to get back to me within 20 minutes of leaving a message. Even though they were fully booked for the week/weekend, Jordan, the business owner, came out himself to temporarily remove the cracked/leaking PVC pipe and plug the valve until they could return to finish the job a few days later. The other plumbers either got back to me later that day, the next day, or never...
Jordan gave me a detailed rundown of the solutions and my options , and was patient with my questions. Tony came out to finish the job and did very good, professional work. He installed a copper standpipe off the mainline with a new hose bibb- the right way- instead of the previously jimmy-rigged and ugly pvc setup our landscaper did.
We got a fair price for the professional work- and I would use these guys again hands down. Friendly, honest, trustworthy, professional, and LOCAL.

Most responsive, competent plumber we've ever had! From initial phone call to completion of job, Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and proficient. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem and correct it along with another minor issue that he was able rectify.

So we moved into our home about a year an a half ago. It was inherited so we literally don't know anything about anything in it! We got back from vacation today to find we had no hot water. As much as I love DIY, I don't dare touch anything when I just don't know anything about the house.
I gave Cappello Plumbing a call and got a call back from Jordan who asked to see pictures of the water heater before coming out. He quickly realized something had tripped the power outlet and had me reset it. Doh! That was the issue and we now have hot water.
I've had several expensive bills from other plumbers for super simple fixes so it's a relief to find an honest one who went out of his way to help me out at no cost! I'll definitely be taking my next plumbing issue there.

We are really happy with the services provided by Cappello plumbing. We have used them in the past for small plumbing issues and servicing our water heater. They are always great.
