I've had so many housing issues lately and nothing has been more stressful than leaks. The first one ruined 2 months of my family's lives, but the second and third didn't last long thanks to Accurate Plumbing & Drains. They were assigned through my home warranty but they were so fast that they came that same day BOTH times. Jesse managed his team well, always gave me fair pricing, and even let me ask him a ton of questions in text and over the phone. His patience with me has been outstanding.

Kyle at Accurate Plumbing & Drains Inc. did an amazing job for my clients. During escrow it was discovered one of the drains that connects to the shower and sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged. Another plumber was called out a couple days prior and couldn't clear the drain. Kyle came out and after a number of attempts of snaking the drain was able to finally get it cleared. He broke his bit in doing so, but got the job done! My clients were so impressed with him. He seems very knowledgeable and responds quickly when texted or called. Always great to have someone who you know really cares about doing an outstanding job for his clients. Thank you Kyle!

I called Accurate plumbing today to get water heater fixed and Jesse was right on it. He asked me what the problem was and I told him that the pilot won't stay on. He told me he could send someone out in 30 mins. Which was really incredible. A lot of places that I called told me it would be 3-4 days before someone can come out. Jesse sent one of his guys Leo to work on the heater and sure enough in less than 30 mins it was working again. I've gotten a few free estimates from other plumbers and they told me it would take 2-4 hours for the job to be done.
I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing . Excellent service and very courteous.

Kyle Smith from Accurate Plumbing and drains removed and installed my water heater. He came on time and kept me posted on when the parts were coming in. He did do clean professional work. I am happy to have been able to hire his team to do work around my house. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family as well as rehire them for another job.

In an urgent, emergency situation for my home, Jesse went up and over the top to redo all my plumbing needed and worked with the city effectively and efficiently. The one thing I appreciate about Jesse was that he was straightforward and professional....he knew exactly what he was talking about without overcharging for the service.
Because if how he handled my homes, I asked him to hydrojet my plumbing at my place of business as well. Once again, he went above and beyond to make sure my lines were properly cleaned at a reasonable price.
I highly recommend his business to all of my friends and business associates. When you call Jesse he will be there...that's the kind of personal service you will get from him.

Excellent service! Discovered late in the evening the water heater was leaking and basically needed to be replaced. Called Jesse and he had someone come out the very next morning. Leo did a wonderful job replacing the water heater. Accurate pluming were fast, efficient, and reliable. I definitely recommend them!

I found a leak coming from the side of my house by the hose spigot so we called a few plumbers for estimates and we decided to move forward with a big plumbing company but their quote was really expensive so we were referred to Jesse by someone else. He came out same day close to 4-5PM and confirmed the slab leak and offered two solutions to our problem. We decided to move forward with Jesse, mainly because I didn't have time to keep looking into plumbers but Jesse and his tech Leo turned out to be great. They were able to fix the problem and while fixing the issue, they found some other leaks and took care of them right away without charging me. After they cleaned up and left, I realized that there was a hissing sound coming from the bathroom and another pipe had sprung a pinhole leak. Mind you, my house is over 20 years old and has original copper piping running throughout. Jesse sent his guy out right away and took care of the pinhole leak right away! Great service and he's earned another customer for as long as I live in OC. Thank you very much for the prompt service and aggressive pricing Jesse.

These guys are awesome i called cause my bathroom had a few things wrong with it and within the hour there was someone knocking on my door and ready to fix my issue and got it done...you guys are the quickest and got the job done... hopefully i don't gotta call you guys again for anything else but if i do I'm calling you guys...thank you for fixing my pad guys...

I have used Accurate Plumbing and Drains for many issues and just had them out again yesterday. Jesse Gomez, Owner is honest, trustworthy and fixed my plumbing issue right away. He also detected a gas leak outside that I had been smelling and had people look at several times. He found the leak and fixed it! No additional charge. Great crew too. Highly recommend.

My air conditioning stopped working right in the middle of this heat wave with temperatures above 90 degrees inside my house, I began to look for air conditioning repair companies who could come out asap. This had to go through home warranty insurance so they had already sent out several contractors who were not able to diagnose the issue, so the AC had been down for over a week already. I then called several bonafide air conditioning repair companies including Triton Air, Family heating & Air, Accurate Plumbing & Drain and a few others. They were all booked out more than a week for a service call as this was a very busy time due to the extreme heat so I was shocked when Accurate Plumbing called me right back and said they would send someone out right away. They were at my house within an hour. as a courtesy they added me to the schedule after their last call.
Jose was great, very knowledgeable, friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had to test the capacitors so he drove all the way back out to Garden Grove late evening to find them, as opposed to ordering them which would take a lot more time and be a lot less work for him. The next morning he was at my house, tested them and found that the issue was the compressor. the entire unit needed to be replaced. The owner, Eric Olsen, submitted the diagnosis and bid to the home warranty company which 2 other companies had flat our refused to do. it was a big hassle for him but he did it and spent a lot of his time in doing so. He said he would expedite it by purchasing the compressor directly as opposed to ordering it which would have taken a week if not longer to arrive which no other company would do. They would have compressor within 2 days. the home warranty company made us get 2nd opinions from 3 other companies who were completely incompetent and cost us an additional 2 1/2 weeks of heat stroke.
Out of desperation we went around the home warranty company and decided to go after reimbursement after the fact due to the unreasonable delays they were causing and it being 98.9 degrees in our house the past 3 days in a row. We called Accurate this morning (2 1/12 weeks after the first came out) and they were able to get the compressor today and Eric had Jose and Javier at my house by 10:00am. They completely replaced the compressor and outside unit. They were done before 12:30pm today! it sounds to good to be true, but it is true! I am so grateful to Advanced Plumbing & Drains and will be using them again!! highly highly highly recommend!!!! Thank you, Eric, Jose and Javier! you were amazing and truly a life saver!!
