Even though we do not sell products, we do have established accounts with several suppliers around town. NOTE: We will not install Grout from The Tile Shop or cheap Luxury Vinyl Plank regardless of manufacturer or distributor. If in doubt about what to get, consult with us first. You do not have to purchase materials from us, we just ask that you purchase quality products. If you are going to call us back, we want it to be because you have more work for us or have a referral for us. A lot of times, chains like Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menards beat competitors on pricing - even with the discounts we get.

We were looking to replace our hall bathroom floor, master bathroom floor, and revamp our master shower to include a bench seat and niches. Alison was very helpful throughout the beginning stages of the project. Ralph and Derrick came in to do the install and rework the shower. They were very professional and worked quickly. After 4 months, I started having some problems with the caulking on the shower floor. Ralph came by, removed the old caulk and replaced it all within about 30 min. I love that they stand by their work. We will definitely be using them for future flooring projects!
Great at bidding, explains and describes work in an easy way. Great at scheduling! On time and on budget. I have used Ralph and group about 5 times now. Always satisfied. Also will respond with help when needed. If I could give 10 stars instead of five I would – that’s what they deserve. Flooring work including blending with old floors is excellent.
My wife and I recently hired Flooring Masters for a master bath project and we were THRILLED with the results. Ralph, Allison, Patrick and Derrick were incredibly professional, respectful of the rest of the home as they completed the demo, and we truly enjoyed having them as a part of our home. Their dedication to customer service was apparent from the very beginning stages of planning, all the way through to the completion of the project. With Flooring Masters, you get all the perks of a family business (four person crew, every person is on the same page with what needs to be done) on top of an attention-to-detail that’s remarkable. Not only did we get a beautiful master bath, we had a blast getting to know them and felt super comfortable entrusting our home to Ralph and Allison. We will definitely use Flooring Masters for future projects.
Ralph and Patrick were very kind, respectful, and communicative from the professional estimation system, to the end where they left everything clean and spotless when the job was done. They re-did a botched tile job and the quality of their work was fantastic. We now have a beautiful bathroom shower, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any tiling or flooring needs!
Flooring Masters were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them and hope to use them again for another project! They were on time, easy to have in the house and reasonable in their prices. My bathroom looks beautiful!
Tile work is great looking and work quality is excellent. We liked that no changes were made without our approval and anything that came up during our remodel was shared before making a decision. Wish we would have pulled the trigger on bathroom remodel much sooner. It is a great feeling to walk into what was an outdated room, and feel like you’re seeing the “After” pictures of an HGTV project.
We were given the choice to provide the materials, and were even given a list of businesses that would have what we needed. Had a good experience all around and enjoyed working with a local company as opposed to a chain.
Ralph and his crew did a excellent job installing our new hardwood floors. They tore out marble foyer and carpet and installed 1,300 sqft 3/4” x 5″ hardwood. The quote detail was very extensive and Ralph sticks to it extremely well. His crew was great to work with and very knowledgeable and show up on time and stay until job is complete. There was no jumping from job to job during my install. Job well done guys!
