Bel-Aire Mechanical is Arizona's mechanical contractor. We are centrally located in Phoenix, AZ. Our principal corporate office building and expanded pipe, plumbing and sheet metal manufacturing facilities are all state-of-the-art. Bel-Aire Mechanical, an Arizona corporation, was formed in September of 1986. We area full service Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing Contractor. Bel-Aire Mechanical is the largest privately owned signatory Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor in the State of Arizona. James E. Dinan, President and CEO, is actively involved in the daily operations of the company.
During the Preconstruction phase Bel-Aire Mechanical will gather as much information as possible. This enables us to better understand the design criteria and the intended building system performance requirements. With that in mind we are better able to use our many years of experience to recommend potential cost savings and performance enhancements. In our approach to provide pre-construction services, we involve partnering, teamwork, coordination and integration of the Owner, Design Team and Construction Manager through communication at weekly meetings.
In addition to being proficient in BIM/CAD, the Bel-AireModeling Team Members have real field experience. Each has served their apprenticeships and at a minimum are Journeyman of their respective Sheet Metal, Pipe, or Plumbing trades. Our BIM/CAD team brings well over 100-years of combined industry experience to Bel-Aire Mechanical. Bel-Aire Mechanical is highly skilled in the production of Building Model Design and Virtual Construction. Each model requires its own unique approach to develop a highly detailed, digital 3D model representation.
Bel-Aire Mechanical has made a substantial commitment to the manufacturing of the piping, plumbing and sheet metal components for all our projects and for other mechanical contractors and clients. Our principal corporate office building and expanded pipe, plumbing and sheet metal manufacturing facilities are all state-of-the-art. The entire 5+ acre complex encompasses a 42,000 square foot high bay facility that houses 16,000 square feet of offices, support space and dedicated manufacturing areas with room for future growth.
During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical trades. The skilled fabricators in our shop can readily produce one-of-a kind architectural and specialty sheet metal items from standard and exotic metals, as well as galvanized ductwork utilized in heating, ventilation and air conditioning applications.
