If you don't see your favorite cleaning product on this list, be sure to check the back label to see that the product is safe for use on synthetic marble. Please do not use any abrasive cleaners. Products that contain grit or sand can harm the finish on your new marble and may void your warranty. To remove paint, permanent marker, nail polish or other difficult stains from the surface, use Denatured Alcohol, Acetone (nail polish remover) or Paint Thinner. If the stain is from hard water or mineral deposits, try using a cleaner for removing iron, calcium, or other such mineral deposits that are in your water supply.
As a bathroom surface, cultured marble and granite offer an elegant, affordable and practical alternative to tile, formica or solid surface. Cultured marble and granite are cast polymer products comprised of approximately 75% natural crushed marble or granite filler, and 25% polyester resin. The filler is chemically bonded with resins to create a matrix which can be molded into an infinite number of shapes and sizes to meet diverse design needs from shower walls, bases, tub decks and skirting and vanity tops to name a few.
