We cannot thank George and Francis enough for baling us out of a very difficult situation with a previous kitchen design business. Both George and Francis went beyond expectations in designing a beautiful and very functional kitchen while saving us a considerable amount of money from our prior experience. They both were very responsive to our questions and concerns and handled the interface with the manufacturing company professionally and effectively. Francis is a wealth of information and has multiple contacts in the industry that produce desirable end products. Not everything goes as planned with a project this size. We could always count on George or Francis to insure the end product was acceptable in a timely fashion. They were both extremely responsive in communicating with the manufactures and other suppliers in our behalf. Sometimes a remodel of a kitchen is not what you have planned. I came home from a vacation to a flooded kitchen! Thanks to Premier Kitchens swift assistance, my disaster became a stunning success story! Working closely with George, he designed am updated layout that gave me a new pantry- something I never would have thought of! We had a tight budget to work with because the insurance does not give you as much as one would hope, but Premier Kitchens was able to work within our constraints and made us a beautiful new kitchen- they even put my idea of a unique two toned kitchen together- even though I have no island- a show stopping kitchen!
