I was able to get my kitchen cabinets for half the price of the big box home store with all the bells and whistles. We're doing a whole home remodel and our kitchen is half complete, but I'm loving the glaze finish, pullout trays, and soft close doors so far! Brittany was instrumental in putting my specific needs and wants into the design. She stuck with me through over a month of indecision, was quick to respond to emails, and prompt with design changes! I can't wait until it's done.
I'm heartsick that I spent as 13K on this product. I will never, ever make a large purchase like that over the internet again. Let me explain why I feel this way: 1. Poor use of space. Everyone wants to maximize every inch of kitchen space. The top standard drawer isn't even deep enough to hold a ladle. The face of the drawer is plenty big and proportionate, but the box and opening that the box rolls into are very small. Such a waste. 2. Same with the rollout trays. They are smaller than they have to be and are not deep enough in my opinion. 3. Bottom cabinets with plain shelves (not rollout) the top shelf is only a half shelf, not the full depth of the cabinet. This will come in handy in some cases for tall items but every cabinet comes this way, again limiting the amount of storage space. 4. THE SHELF CLIPS are awful! I was hoping that they were only for shipping but nope - that's all they sent. They are plastic and require pressure to release the shelf and that makes them incredibly hard to remove. I can't do it. I have to have my husband do it. It's so ridiculous. 5. Lastly, one door arrived damaged so I filed a claim as instructed on 8/2 and haven't received a replacement yet. Policy is 10 to 14 days for replacements not including shipping. This isn't a special order fancy color. just basic white.
Our experience has been wonderful! The navy color is exactly what we were looking for! Travis from the design team was very helpful and drew up beautiful plans taking into account everything we wanted. He made this process flawless. We are just about to install and we couldn't be more excited. I was hesitant to order something like this online, but the customer service was better than what I received from others in person.
