Over the past 14 years A-1 Sealcoat, Inc. has been run with an eye for detail and a demand for excellence that has brought us to the forefront of the Seal Coating industry. These values are being carried into the future by Bill and Tara Timblin, who purchased the corporation in 2017. A-1 Sealcoat, Inc. utilizes an EPA friendly non-petroleum seal technology to improve the appearance of asphalt and seal out the elements that cause cracks and pot holes to increase the useful life of our customers' commercial and residential property.
