Toilet supply line was leaking on this one and it snowballed from a quick fix. Still need a shower door and a few fininishing touches but its taking shape!
When we opened the walls up we found some extra room. We bumped out the wall so we could add a bench. Then upgraded to a rainfall shower + wall option and 2 recessed lights. Added chair rail and 'shadow boxes' to this foyer and dining area. The previous owner had the switches at a lower than normal height which made things tricky but i think we did a good job!
