On behalf of all new construction plumbers concerning busted pipes and tankless water heaters, we are receiving very emotional phone calls from homeowners. Some of these calls have been angry, hateful and even at times threatening legal action.
It’s hard for me to personally answer back or see a fraction of messages, emails and phone calls that I’m directly receiving while out trying to help everyone but I’m working through them.
