We've used Plotke over the years and have been quite pleased with their great service.
We had a recent need for a replacement of a water shutoff ball valve as the stem had broken. We were so pleased with their speed and quality we had them come out the next day to replace our main shutoff valve that was getting hard to operate. We had a sudden pinhole leak that soaked the wall and floors in our garage. We were not sure where is was coming from, so we called Plotke Plumbing, which we have used in the past to resolve various plumbing issues. They have always done perfect work, and this time was no exception. Pearla dispatched Jason to our home right away, and he was FANTASTIC!!!
SO professional, extremely knowledgeable, clean and experienced, with a great personality and conscientious regarding time management. In addition, Plotke Plumbing's pricing is very fair and reasonable. I can not recommend them enough.

Have used their highly professional plumbers for nearly 30 years. Hot water heater replacement, leaking pipes, leaky toilets, installing sink fixtures, repairing faucets. Never had any problems years after the work is dine. Efficient and helpful office staff too. The bottom line is they get the job done.

We needed our water pressure regulator replaced, and Wayne did a great job. I will definitely ask for him for our next plumbing job. He knew what he was doing, he explained it to us, and he was very polite. I purchased the regulator myself at Standard Plumbing in Solana Beach because it cost $124.54 there, and Plotke was going to charge me $262 for it. The woman on the phone at Plotke helped me find the size of the regulator I needed to buy by looking at the photos I sent her. She was nice enough to help me save money! How awesome is that? I looked Plotke up on the California Contractors License Board, and they are licensed and bonded, which is very important; I speak from an experience with an unlicensed roofer.

Called Friday morning about a gas smell in our family room. They were already booked for the day, but said they would see if somehow they could reschedule a tech due to the safety concern. Called back shortly to say a technician would arrive shortly, which he did. Very friendly and informative. He checked for leaks and found none, which was very reassuring to us. Turns out, it was his day off but he agreed to come in to take care of us. I think this was great service and the charge was very reasonable. Used them one other time to replace some angle stops and repair a leaking sink drain line and they did a great job quickly, again at a fair price. Our experience with them has been good and I would recommend them.

Had work done Sept 2018. Jan 2019 told I didn't pay. Had phone conversation and thought it was resolved as I had paid. After 18 months I now get an invoice in the mail for work done in 2018! All for supposed $100. Called the number and left a message to inquire about this. That was a week ago. Just called again and line doesn't go thru. The billing department needs an overhaul. Talk to your (x) customers!

Had a great experience. Our water heater was leaking and they gave us a quote over the phone. Very nice, professional. Called back first thing Monday morning after leaving a message over the weekend. Clear communication on cost and options. Arrived on time and installed in 2 hours.

I have been a customer of Plotke plumbing for over 10 years and used them for numerous plumbing issues as well as installs. They have never failed to be the utmost in reliability, value and good service. They are more than fair in their charges, and sometimes have even told me how to get a simple part and install it myself. They treat me (and I'm sure every customer) like they would family. So refreshing to find such a reliable service in a vocation that can sometimes take advantage!
