Harbor Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc. was established in 1996 by Dean Prince. After many years in the carpet cleaning industry working for a local franchise, Dean decided it was time to branch out on his own. Our success story begins there. When we established our business our first and foremost goal was to create a "bond" with our clients - we wanted each and every one of them to feel as though they were the "most special people on earth" (as in reality they are!) So we set out to meet that goal one day at a time, one client at a time.
