Deceptive Pricing!! Beware!! While I would have been happy to leave a positive review based on Nic's service, I have to say, I was caught way off guard by, & unhappy with, their pricing. When I originally spoke to Nic, I was told they charged $100 for a service call, which included 1 hour of labor. When he finished my motor replacement within 1 hour, I expected the charges to be somewhere around the $100 I wast told. Imagine my surprise when he told me they were "Only" going to charge me $300!! Clearly, I was unhappy, so he negotiated it down to $200. Still not happy. When you quote a price, that is what you should stick to. Anything else is just not good business. As a single mom, who has to watch where every dollar is spent, I did write the owner, Dana, twice, in hopes he would reach out to resolve the issue, as promised. He never replied. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of.
Update: In follow up emails, the owner did admit they were at fault for the pricing discrepancy, but never offered to rectify the situation. I would absolutely avoid this company and their shady pricing scams...

I finally found a pool guy in the Clear Lake area. Very kind and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer, will reach out to the manufacturer. Had my pool pump and spa heater fix. Stop searching.. this is the place to call.
