Called bay area pump and well to come replace a well pump that I purchased because i believed it went bad . Any company would have just replaced it and got their money . The technician took his own time and troubleshot the pump , found out it needed just 2 parts and got it up and working !! Even told us we had a leak somewhere down the line . Very VERY reasonable price . 10/10 recommend and will be calling them for any well/pump needs !

We were very please to have Scott come out to our place on the 4th of July and replaced our lightening struck submersible well pump and get us water once again. Very professional and polite young man answered our questions and he knew what he was doing. His parents should be very proud of him. Wesley is the bomb. When you call a company you've never worked with a little after 7:30 on a Sunday morning and they get back to you within minutes - well that is pretty amazing. Wesley replaced our well pump motor in 2013 and was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process so that my husband and I knew exactly what was happening.
Today, 2 years later, we experienced an electrical issue, which he was willing to troubleshoot via phone. It was an easy enough fix and one we can do ourselves now that we know what to look for, but rather than charge for a needless visit, he educated his customers.
