Owner, Dennis Dykes, began working in the industry in the late 1980's working in the East Texas area in the pest control industry. He has lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for several years working in the pest control services and supply side of the industry. His long term work in this area has given him a strong understanding of its specific insect concerns and how to address them. Working in the pest control service both directly with clients as well, in management, as a business owner and on the wholesale side, his career has given him the know how to understand, treat and control most insects that you or your business will encounter.
Dennis is always friendly and takes time to explain everything! A very kind, thorough professional. Highly recommend his company!!
For numerous years, Dennis has been diligently managing my household, initially tackling spiders and handling various tasks ever since. I appreciate your excellent work.
Dennis was fantastic! His customer service was excellent, and he took excellent care of our home. Thank you very much!
Dennis listens and checks everything carefully to see if you really have a problem before doing any treatment. He is great about discussing all the options and letting you choose based on pros and cons. He will make recommendations but not "railroad" you.
He is respectful of concerns for the environment. I happen to know he called a beekeeper organization to remove bees from a location rather than just spraying and killing them as the homeowner had requested. If we want to continue eating, we must save bees, not kill them.
Yea, Dennis!
In response to the Coronavirus
I was inspecting a home today and found termites working up the side of the foundation. It was behind some bushes so it was not easy to see. Be sure to get your house checked on a regular basis for termites.
