Coastal Inspection Services

The inspection that we provide is a comprehensive evaluation of the property that includes the structure, roof, attic, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems as well as any built-in appliances installed in your home. Our inspections are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) Standards of Conduct and are a visual noninvasive-nondestructive inspection. We recommend that all of our clients participate in the inspection.
