Bill just replaced some of our bathroom sink pipes that were broken and put in a new toilet for us. Very friendly & quick work, compassionate about my disability-related quirks. Will definitely be asking for him specifically for future plumbing needs.

They have not returned phone calls in regards to my hot water tank they installed 11 months ago and is not working.

I called and they could have come out the same day but I needed it fixed the next day. The service tech should up on time and replaced my water tank with in an hour. Friendly knowledgeable tech that answered all my questions and made sure before leaving the tank was working. I would recommend these guys.

Would not recommend. Double billed my credit card, refused to honor their warranty when they stated they “made a bad call”. Refused to refund owed money, I even gave them credit for labor and service call charges. Do Not Use.
