Today I had the misfortune of having a toilet plumbing issue. I reached out to several companies through Yelp. Works got my business with this one sentence," we can have someone out within 30mim". Done!!!! So grateful!! Immediately called, immediately sent a service tech out "Mr Travis"... Immediately saw the problem... immediately fixed the problem, checked the flush and was on his way!!!!! Thank you Mr. Travis... and co.
Will definately call for future plumbing service. Older house means many calls.

I'll start by saying I'm surprised this company has anything short of 5 stars. Maybe you just didn't have the pleasure of working with Travis?
The response on Yelp was extremely quick and I was able to get a same day appointment. Travis was on time and arrived towards the beginning of the allotted time window. He had me sign the paperwork authorizing him to enter my house and the documentation stating the estimate was free. Did I already mention that the estimate was free? Travis came in, looked at what was wrong and explained the process to fix it. He made sure to explain all options available along with prices for each fix. Once he took apart the leaking shower fixtures, he showed me what was wrong and why it was leaking (and pointed out exactly what the previous plumber did wrong).
Travis was perfectly personable and exchanged pleasantries without just hanging out and talking.
I really can't explain how happy I am with Works and I will be using them for any and all plumbing issues moving forward!

We recently closed on a new home in San Francisco, and the day we moved in (a Sunday evening) we unfortunately had a plumbing emergency with a spurting faucet that wouldn't stop running leading to a flood in our bathroom. After closing the water valves to the faucet, we managed to get the flow to a steady trickle. Upon searching for emergency plumbing services, we came across Works Plumbing, and although they were not able to send someone that evening, they were able to send Travis the morning after.
Travis was gracious and knowledgeable throughout the entire interaction. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and ventured out to find the appropriate parts to fix the problem the same day. Once he obtained the necessary parts, he quickly fixed the problem. I'm so grateful for the quick turnaround time, and especially that Travis did such an awesome job. Thanks Travis!

I was horrified to find my downstairs toilet over flowing with toilet paper, water and everything nasty, flowing out and onto my floor! It got all the way into the hall, yuck! The first plumber I called couldn't even promise me that they would be there that day! The second did not answer. Then I tried Works plumbing out of Pacifica. I am so lucky that I did! The plumbing tech was here within 2 hours. He carefully went over options and prices and upon my approval set to work. Long story short, the tech worked very hard to unclog my toilet. For some reason the clog was very stubborn but the tech from Works Plumbing was dedicated to solving my problem. After about 2 hours the clog finally gave way. I can't tell you what a relief it was! Works Plumbing is definitely my go to plumbing company going forward. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. If a plumbing emergency can be a pleasant experience then this was surely one. Thank you Works Plumbing!

Just had them service my condo in Daily city and they were so professional. You can negotiate with price especially on big jobs. I had chance to speak to the owner (Jorge) and he walked me through each steps of the processes that made it easy to understand and you know where your money is going. Thanks Jorge!!!

I'd like to introduce you to my new plumber, Works Plumbing in Pacifica. I had my first sewer backup in this house in 12 years. I called my regular plumber (those who must not be named) and they said they'd put me on a waiting list, but couldn't give me a "day" for service. Next I called Works Plumbing. Right from the initial call the staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. Taani and John arrived less than 2 hours later. They were both great. They checked around the property for the best options to address the problem, explained all options available to me, and quickly resolved the issue. They cleaned up, closed out, and were just as courteous on the way out as they were on the way in. Living on the coast can be challenging, particularly when it comes to service calls, and even more difficult when something is urgent. It's nice to have a dependable local option. I will definitely call Works Plumbing first next time!

We had the pleasure of having Dave and Mario attend to our clogged sewer drain, and we were extremely impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They worked diligently, ensuring the work area remained clean and tidy throughout the process. Not only were they friendly, but they also demonstrated excellent teamwork.
