Owner Russell Dull has been serving Washington County and the Portland Metro area since 1994. Russ started out as a hod carrier at the age of 16 working for award winning mason, Paul Merson, in Maryland. He quickly worked his way to become an apprentice brick layer and then became a brick mason. After many years of working in the concrete and masonry business he moved to Oregon and pursed his contractors license. Russell Dull Construction specializes in residential custom concrete and masonry work.
