We are architects and builders, starting in business in 1974. Owner, Barry A. Weinstein, is a licensed architect since 1971. Barry's biography continues to be published in the yearly addition of Who's Who in America. The majority of our work concentrates on residential re-hab and remodeling. In the Chicagoland area, the affordability threshold is being stretched and significantly reducing new home sales. The housing slowdown has increased the number and size of our projects. As you can see, it is a good time to remodel.
