We had the misfortune of our water heater leaking and flooding our basement. My main concern was finding an honorable, professional company that we could trust to cleanup and restore our basement without having to supervise them or chase them down. I am so thankful we chose Flood Pros USA! An energetic crew came out within hours of calling and completed an assessment and brought drying equipment and dehumidifiers. The company’s project management from beginning to end was methodical and impressive.
Flood Pros USA provided exceptional customer service and I love their communication style. Abraham, Joe or Moses provided daily updates and explained what the next steps would be. They were always available to answer questions and returned calls and texts promptly. They tested for mold, removed and replaced carpet & drywall, re-installed insulation, repainted the walls, sanitized, etc.…they did it all!
But the best benefit of choosing Flood Pros is that they worked directly with our insurance company. We just had to make the initial claim and Flood Pros did everything else. We had a minor incident and we called Flood Pros USA not really knowing what to expect. When they showed up the individuals were super understanding and helpful in assessing the situation. They walked us through the options and even though it was too late to contact the office for quotes they were willing to take care of my family first before worrying about the numbers.
