Katie Nichols has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest Valley since 2014. She is our Office Manager and is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). Garrett Bymers has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2016 and is currently a Crew Chief. Garrett oversees jobs from start to finish to ensure the mitigation process goes smoothly. He has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. I play the guitar and do a bit of singing for fun. I have a 2-year-old Golden Retriever named Memphis Belle, who basically runs my life after work.
