Lake County Door Company, originally named Overhead Door Company was founded June 1, 1957 as a one man operation in the business of sales, service and installation of residential and commercial overhead doors. The business was located at a small location in Painesville. As business grew, part-time employees were added to ensure the highest level of service. By the 1960's the business had grown to employ 6 people and required an expanded office location at our current address of 2001 North Ridge Rd.
