Although it seems more common to have damage done to a home, commercial sites are not out the question. The good thing about our site is that we have the tools and necessary training to take care of any commercial job our clients have to offer. Here at SERVPRO we are not limited to just houses but rather we take care of small business, corporations, apartment complexes, and anything else that may come to mind. It could be mold remediation, water damage clean up and restoration, fire damage repairs, and whatever else that may happen.
Cesar Arcila was welcomed into the SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea family in March 2012. An excellent customer service representative, he identifies and helps resolve any and all customer concerns. Because our customer's needs vary so greatly-from smoke damage to sewage backups-this takes a lot of knowledge and practice, and Cesar has made sure that he knows our business from top to bottom. He excels in his role because he enjoys listening to the client's needs and addressing each concern individually.
ServPro Yorba Linda is an excellent professional organization. We had severe water damage due to the bad rainstorm in February. James Sparks and his team were ther to take over the task of clean up, moving/ storage and drying. They were always professional, responsive and reassuring in this difficult situation. Servpro Yorba Linda has my highest recommendation!
Recently had a sewage backup/flood in my home. It was horrible! I contacted Ralph Gonzalez from SERVPRO.he immediately put me in touch with James and his crew (Kevin & Mike). These guys were OUTSTANDING in every way! They definitely made a very bad situation much better by being so responsive, professional, thorough and polite! Customer service is a high priority for everyone on this team! Based on my experience, I highly recommend the Yorba Linda SERVPRO team!
We had a leak in our wall, resulting in drywall and floor damage. We were very pleased with how quickly the surveyor came out that morning. We were a little shocked at the price at how some drywall cutting and fans could amount to such a price, but at least they were willing to work the pricing down. It also seemed like he was moving the water detector tool very quickly, and after he had made his initial marks for what drywall to remove, I asked him to re-test a corner. Thank goodness I did because it showed up as having water in the drywall which wasn't picked up during his very quick inspection. Later that day the demo crew came in and laid paper down to keep our other floors clean. They left clean drywall cuts and removed all the flooring but when they were placing the plastic to enclose the room, they unfortunately used the ledge of the half wall to push their ladder up against, causing damage all along the edges to the extent of which we will need to replace the wood ledge and also remove all of the spindles. We are thankful for the drying out of the room, but not so much for the damage they caused.
